Character

In 2Corinthians 3:18 we are admonished to be faithful Christians who are earnestly, sincerely, and constantly allowing the Holy Spirit to build the character of Christ in us daily. By beholding Christ through reading and practicing the word of God, we are changed into his image and character. 
The world is in dire need of the ‘living’ word of God! Where Christians are not only talking the talk but also walking the talk. That’s when the genuine love, compassion and care for souls as seen in the life and ministry of Jesus Christ, is seen also in the pastor and his congregants. In such environment, there is no holier than thou attitude. Rather, the pastor and members are all disciples at the feet of the cross, yet as pastor, my passion and walk with Christ keeps me humble as learn the character of Christ daily for my members to also learn from me.
