Management

In 2 Timothy 2:2 the senior Apostle admonished his younger colleague to ensure that, the work of God is progressing by faithfully teaching and adherence to the sound doctrines of the church. Although management in the cooperate world has a lot in common with church management,  in my estimation, church management or Spiritual Life management is several steps higher, critical and sacred than that of cooperate management. Church management transcends that of the business world’s management, in that, it has dual goals. Its focus is to harness  the overall resources available to foster physical and spiritual growths, and prepare souls for both life here and, and the hereafter.

Below are two schools that I started with a handful of kids and I have managed so well and  both have grown into big schools, 200 students, and  and 155 students  respectively, and both are still growing.
